Hineh ma tov
Jewish hymn traditionally sung at Shabbat feasts. The exciting melody is the basis to many popular Israeli folk dances. Lovely.
Since 2009 Helen Giblin (FR) has been a choir conductor and a teacher of harmony, counterpoint and solfège at the Conservatoire municipal agréé de musique et de danse in Saintes, France. She is the educational director of a new project: Chant'Ecole. In her role she directs many children's choirs and is currently writing a book on the experimentation of teaching music through play. Interested in folk songs from around the world, Helen has toured and taught musical workshops in various far away places, such as Taiwan, Croatia, the USA and Hong Kong, where she participated in the Hong Kong Arts Festival.
